Volunteer Of The Year 1999

Prime Minister Chuan Leekpai presented Don Willcox (one of our 2 co-founders) with the Thailand "Volunteer Of The Year" award.

This award is usually reserved for Thai citizens, but is occasionally presented to foreigners who have performed outstanding volunteer service to the country.
